Using Jeanza.com If you find the Terms of Use to be unacceptable, you must immediately terminate your use of the Site. Jeanza.com is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not take the results from any type of search conducted on Jeanza.com and reformat and display them. You may not mirror the Jeanza.com home page or results pages on your own web site. Content. Abusing Jeanza. We and our users do not tolerate spam. Please use the flagging system to tell us about any problems or offensive Content so that together we can keep the site working properly. To report Jeanza.com related spam or spoof emails to Jeanza.com, please inform us via the Contact Us page. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our Terms of Use. We do not rent or sell these email addresses.

The fee is an access fee permitting Content to be posted in a designated area. Our fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Our fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying them when they’re due.

However, the user agrees not to include in email or community postings (or elsewhere via the Services) any "deep link" which leads to a web page, other than the home page, of another party's web site unless such a link is authorized by the owner of that web site. User acknowledges and agrees that Jeanza.com and their third party service providers are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, or for the user’s use of deep links, and Jeanza and their third party service providers do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

Termination of service The user agrees that Jeanza, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate posting, block email or IP address, or otherwise terminate access to or use of our Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any content within our service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Jeanza believes that the user has in some way violated the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Further, the user agrees that Jeanza shall not be liable to the user or any third-party for any termination of access to our Service. Further, the user agrees not to attempt to use our service after said termination.
